FOOD ART

So I decided to make some cupcakes. These are chocolate cupcakes with chocolate buttercream on one and brown sugar cream cheese on the other. They turned out so yummy.

It is funny though. I love making them but have no desire to eat more than one. That is good I guess. No worries about getting fat from them.

LAZY DAYS!

This weekend while Bruce was away at a race Kolbie and I decided we would make a cake. It turned our really good and we made it from scratch. No box mixes for us. The icing was also from scratch. Since I have done this a little before I tried to help him do some of the piping. It turned out cute for his first cake.

New Blog!!!

Well I know I haven't been blogging lately and I will have to get better at that. Anyway, we have another blog. This one is for our business. HAS IT REALLY BEEN THAT LONG.

Wow. Time really does go fast. It has been a while since I have posted. So much has kept us busy. We had Thanksgiving this past year on vacation in Florida. It was awesome. Christmas was great this year too.

Kolbie has started private Art lessons and that has been a real treat for him and for us. I will have to post a picture of his first artwork soon. He also has had some artwork displayed at the Art Expo here in town.

Bruce has started racing again this year. We haven't been with him quite as much but he knows we are still supporting him from home.

Well the weather has warmed up and it means school will be out soon also. Can't wait. Bring on Summer.
